Church Administration
Lighthouse Administration is guided by the wisdom and diligence of Chairman Dennis Tisdale. Through faithful stewardship, Chairman Tisdale oversees the coordination of church operations, ensuring that every program, service, and initiative runs smoothly and effectively. Under his leadership, the department handles planning and resource management with integrity. Chairman Tisdale fosters a spirit of teamwork and accountability, while helping the church fulfill its mission.
Men’s Department
The Lighthouse Men’s department serves as a strong foundation of faith, integrity, and brotherhood under the steadfast leadership of Deacon Earl Turner. Committed to spiritual growth and accountability, he encourages the men to lead with humility, serve with dedication, and stand firm in their walk with God. The men’s department works ensure men are strengthened, supported, and equipped to be leaders in their homes, church, and community.
Women’s Department
The Lighthouse Women’s Department is a ministry of faith, fellowship, and service under the anointed leadership of Missionary Angela Bell. The women’s department is a welcoming space of sisterhood where women feel supported, encouraged, and empowered. Missionary Bell’s deep commitment to Kingdom work inspires each member to walk confidently in her purpose and reflect Christ’s love in every aspect of life.
Christian Education
The Christian Education department, led by Missionary Pearlie Turner and Sister Sharon Currie, serves as a vital source of spiritual growth and Biblical understanding. Through disciplined Biblical scholarship, Missionary Turner and Sister Currie guide the development of Bible studies, Sunday school classes, and learning workshops, helping members gain a deeper knowledge of God’s Word and apply it to their daily lives.
Music Department
The Lighthouse Music Department plays a powerful role in shaping the worship experience. Under the leadership of Director Kylan Boyd, this department goes beyond simply singing and playing instruments, they usher in the presence of the Lord and set the spiritual atmosphere for every service. With a heart for worship, the team ministers through music in a way that inspires, uplifts, and prepares hearts to receive the Word.
Youth Department
The Lighthouse Youth Department, led by dedicated coordinators Sis. Latriska Drake and Sis. Meagan Alford, is a vibrant and nurturing ministry focused on guiding the next generation. Through creativity, compassion, and consistency, they work to help young people build a strong foundation in faith. They create an environment where youth can grow spiritually, develop meaningful connections, and feel a true sense of belonging within the church family.
Media Department
The Lighthouse Media Department serves as the visual storytellers of the ministry, capturing and preserving the powerful moments that define the church experience. Led by Director of Media Minister Cordarion L. Worles, this team works behind the scenes to document services and events. Through photography and media production, they ensure that the church’s message and mission to reach beyond the walls of the church and into the community.
